1. How do you make your pictures?
All of the CarArtz car Caricature / cartoon style pictures are originally hand drawn by our world famous car caricature artist Dave Scott. They are then scanned into the computer, where all the colouring and shading is done.

This means that every CarArtz print is an original, and not just a copy of a hand painted version.

2. Do you draw Motorbikes?
Sorry, no. If you wish  a motorbike drawing try looking at KoolArt or for a custom drawing try contacting Carl Greatrix at Cartoon Cars.

4. Do you draw tanks/planes/boats etc ?
CarArtz focuses mainly on car pictures, but we will consider drawing other road-going automobiles, such as trucks and buses.

5. Where do you get your pictures?
All of our Caricature style car artwork is hand drawn by our world famous car caricature artist Dave Scott. Buying artwork from CarArtz.com is a purchase from the original artist, not a generic print from a copying warehouse.

6. Will you draw Custom Artwork of my Car?
We no longer provide a custom artwork service. However each of the cars in our Gallery can be customised with the addition of your registration / licence plate, wheels and background.

7. Can I buy a CarArtz print from a shop?
Not at this time.

At present, CarArtz is an Online company only. All printed products originate from CarArtz.com.

Since all prints can have the addition of a number plate, wholesale of CarArtz prints is not possible at this time, however please contact us if you have a specific requirement.

8. Can I buy a framed paper print?
We do not supply the prints in frames, unless we can deliver the order locally (Central Scotland)

Glass does not travel well, and we abandoned the idea two years ago.

We may consider using clear plastic frames in the future, if we feel there is a market for it.

9. What CarArtz products are available?
Our CarArtz car caricature style car artwork images are available printed onto the following products:
  • high quality A3 sized full colour paper prints.
  • Bright white Luxury 100% cotton T-Shirts coated with a 100% polyester outer( Childrens and Womens T-Shirts can also be ordered on special request)
  • Premium Quality Ceramic Mugs
  • Drinks Coasters

Other products will be available as we expand our business.

Any new product items will appear in the "News" section, and will also be mentioned in the mailing list if you have opted to join it.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Switch or PayPal payments.

You can pay online using our secure shopping cart.  When you checkout, you will be offered and online secure payment link, alternatively if you have a paypal account you can pay by paypal.

11. I have seen similar products on Ebay, is it you?
It could be! We sell a limited set of our products on Ebay using the user name CarArtz_Shop. We are proud to be an ebay power seller and our very grateful to our customers for our customer feedback. Have a look through our current auctions and see if you can grab your self a bargain!

If this is not the user name selling the products you have seen, then they are not CarArtz originals and are not being sold with our permission, please contact us with details.

12. I can't see the Car I want in your Gallery...
If the car you want is not in our Gallery then we have not drawen it yet. Please use our contact form to make an artwork request and we will add it to our "to draw" list. We will contact you if the car is added.

13. Can I use your images on my website?
All of our Artwork is protected by copyright to CarArtz.com. If you wish to use one of our images please contact us. Any of our images used for commercial purposes without our permission will result in legal proceedings.

14. Can I use your pictures to Promote my Business?
If you wish to use one or more of our images please contact us and we will provide you with a quote

15. How long will it take to get my order?
GALLERY prints, mugs, T-Shirts, Mousemats or Coasters are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days but please allow 14 days for delivery.

CUSTOM prints can take up to 28 days for delivery. You will be informed of a more accurate delivery time once your order has been placed.

Orders placed outwith the UK may take a little longer to deliver.

16. What if my print product is damaged in the post?
CarArtz will replace any goods free of charge, if damaged in transit during delivery to your address.

All original orders must first be returned to CarArtz, with postage paid by customer.

No refund can be given for damaged goods, exchange only.

17. Do you ship over-seas?
Yes, CarArtz will deliver anywhere in the world.

The price is dependant on what you buy and will be displayed to you in our shopping basket before you have to confirm your order

20. Order Dates for Christmas 2007 delivery
Based on Royal mail postage our last order dates for your Christmas presents is as follows:

UK - Tuesday 18th Dec
Western Europe - Tuesday 11th Dec
Eastern Europe, USA, Canada & Japan - Friday 7th Dec
Rest of the World - Wed 5th Dec
